As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales performance of all Laser Clinics Skincare clinic & store customers (bricks and mortar doors) and implementation of initiatives to achieve sales targets.

**As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Meeting with LCA Clinics and Independents monthly to implement strong business plans to identify and improve the technical/sales skills of all Therapists across Australia
- Managing key accounts Australia wide to achieve sales targets
- Playing an active role in the Group Skincare Leadership Team
- Planning, organising, and implementing all account management activities related to the sale and distribution of Company products
- Focusing on accurate and timely reporting of Clinic Sales KPI’s to ensure they are on track and achieving targets
- Managing the Independent and LCA Channels across training, forecasting, sales planning and relationship management
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience managing key accounts for similar businesses
- Equip with managing financials and achieving sales targets
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with all levels of practitioners, patients, clinic staff and colleagues. This includes creating effective, persuasive communications and technical presentations.
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support so as to achieve practice integration of the Skinstitut brand, ensuring a high level of customer/patient satisfaction. Intermediate skills in using software programs such as CRM system, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relationship management skills to support, coach and influence stakeholders
