**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
**Essential**
- Ability to enrol in and demonstrate on-going commitment to a course of study to obtain an Urban Planning tertiary level qualification.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Sound organisation and time management skills
- Sound customer service skills
