- Managing general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
- Handling calendar management for senior management team members, including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, and coordinating with other assistants.
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls, including audio and video conferences.
- Organising complex international travel itineraries and arrangements.
- Handling confidential documentation and correspondence as requested.
- Conducting monthly reconciliation of professional's expenses.
- Liaising with international offices, clients, and external consultants.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Proven experience providing outstanding administrative support to senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism.
- Experience interacting with executives, professionals, and/or clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise time-sensitive work.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work well in a small team environment.
