**Opportunity**
Our client is a high profile asset management organisation working in telecommunications, utilities, and transport sectors. Due to growth, they are seeking a Workforce Compliance Squad Lead to join their Melbourne team. Reporting to the Resource Optimisation, Compliance and Planning Manager, you will be working in a friendly team to support the operational success for a number of key accounts in the telecommunications business unit, looking after a small team of 5.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a small team of 5 allocating work and deliverables and managing team performance to SLA's
- Drive daily stand-ups and track progress
- Work with the Workforce Forecasting Planners and Operations Management
- Drive 12 month forecasts and compliance activities for technicians
- Management of team SLA's
- Operational day-to-day team coordination and escalation management for customers
- Coaching, mentoring, training and development
- Process improvement and continuous improvement activities for the team
- Assist Manager with operational reporting and procurement
- Performance reporting
- Work with a range of internal and client stakeholders and clients, a positive, professional customer-centric approach

**Success Measures**
- 2-3 years leading a small team (delegation of work and day to day duties) assisting the Manager responsible for people management
- 3+ years working in a high performing, fast-paced workforce operations/ resource operations team managing contractor administration
- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, engineering, construction and in workforce compliance / contractor management
- Outstanding customer service and escalations management
- Demonstrated experience using Power BI reporting and ability to extract data and juggle multiple bespoke and off the shelf systems (eg ServiceNow, ServiceMax, OFSC)
- Great interpersonal skills - ability to work with senior management and stakeholders at GM level, as well as external contractors and customers
- Mentoring and coaching mindset
- Ability to juggle a busy workload and priortitise tasks for a small team
- Be able to work onsite 3-5 days per week in the Melbourne CBD
