A bit about your role

The Workforce Planning and Governance Lead (WPG Lead) in the Governance and RSP Operations Team (GRO) within CNS ensures efficient workforce planning. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders to develop workforce plans, administering planning platforms, and optimizing resource utilization. The WPG Lead also provides governance, develops recruitment and training plans, seeks business efficiencies, offers performance insights, analyses trend, supports projects, and ensures compliance with workforce planning processes.

The Workforce Planning and Governance Lead is responsible for administering workforce planning and operational excellence systems. The role focuses on optimizing resource utilization, providing performance insights, analysing trends, supporting projects, and ensuring compliance with workforce planning processes. Key accountabilities include system administration and support, workforce planning using Genesys, providing operational support and performance insights, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

A bit about you

If this sounds like the role for you, it’s likely that you have good years of experience in planning operations, preferably in a telecommunications environment. You will possess strong skills in statistics and analytics for forecasting and planning, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to influence at multiple levels. Additionally, you need to have strong planning and organizing skills, high attention to detail, and be a self-starter.
