**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The position will be supplied with a company car, laptop, phone, and iPad and the opportunity to work from home when many other companies are going back to working from an office.

Start Small Property is an up-and-coming real estate agency that only does property management. We are experts in Co-Living, Rooming and Shared Accommodation in Townsville, down to Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane. As such, management is different from “normal” rentals and there is always something different to do every day.

Remuneration considered based on experience and value to the team

If you are an investor or interested in investing, you will have the opportunity to learn various strategies from others in the business who are seasoned investors and developers in their own right.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (preferred)
