**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the crucial role they play in attracting talented individuals to our organisation, FleetPartners. This role requires end to end experience in recruitment from creating job advertisements, phone screening, arranging interviews, launching pre employment checks to drafting contracts. We require immediate temporary support in this role and can offer a short-term contract.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Ensure the employment needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Workable)
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Liaise with hiring managers on creating job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

**Requirements**:
**If this excites you then this is what we are looking for **
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- More than five years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. Workable experience preferred.
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes with a great attention to detail whilst keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with great attention to detail
- Experience in, problem-solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost, and productivity
