At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we're looking for a proactive and resourceful **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to help us attract, engage, and secure the very best talent for both our Support Office and Retail teams. This is your opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping our future workforce and building strong talent pipelines for what's next.

**PLEASE NOTE - This is a 12 month contract**

**About the role**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Retail Leadership and Entry Level Support Office vacancies
- Partner with leaders across the business to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pools and communities to meet both current and future hiring needs
- Provide valuable market insights to inform hiring decisions and strengthen our employer brand
- Identify and escalate talent acquisition challenges or opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Manager

**About you**
- Experience in recruitment, ideally across both corporate and retail roles
- Strong sourcing skills with proven ability to identify and engage passive talent
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Experience with Springboard recruitment platform - _Not essential_
