**Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote Part-Time - Melbourne-Based**

Yo-Chi is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment with endless potential for growth.

**About the Role**

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our expansion by managing the recruitment process across multiple venues. You’ll partner with hiring managers, attract top talent, and ensure we’re hiring the best of the best as we scale.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for venue roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
- Source and engage top talent across various channels.
- Track key recruitment metrics and help optimise the process.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced QSR or retail environment.
- A track record of successful, high-volume recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to move quickly and manage multiple vacancies.
- Passion for finding talent that will thrive in a dynamic environment.
