**Our Client**

Established in 1923 the Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania (RACT) has 200,000+ members and is a trusted Tasmanian brand. **The Role**
Leading the most significant technology transformation the RACT has undertaken, you will also be responsible for the strategic direction and operation effectiveness of technology, data and PMO services. This will involve partnering with business units and industry to innovate and deliver the technology, organisational operating models, capabilities, and the culture needed to transform RACT to the future vision.

**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Group CEO, you will be a part of the Executive Team and will have accountability for the strategic direction and operational goals that will enable the RACT strategic plans. Leading a team of 70 professionals you will be responsible for driving the technology transformation and play a pivotal role in inspiring a vision that generates enthusiasm, commitment and delivers the behaviours that optimize customer and service outcomes.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering significant technology transformations across multiple domains
- Demonstrated experience leading a large & complex ICT function
- Demonstrated capability leading, motivating and developing teams of skilled professionals
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate across multiple levels
- Sound commercial acumen and experience managing large commercial & contractual arrangements.
- Highly developed strategic, conceptual and analytical skills
