**Your new role**
Due to a period of continual Growth, the new COO will be working with the Partnership to develop and implement a revised corporate structure to support the firm’s objectives. The COO will have dual primary functions, being:
- directing the implementation of the firm’s strategic plan; and
- overseeing the operational functions of the firm, including finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, quality and compliance, and the Corporate Services and Support team, which includes front of house.
The COO will work closely with the Heads of Divisions, ensuring a level of support to enable them to best serve their clients.
The role will also be responsible for overseeing compliance activity, including WHS; delivering the finance function for the firm, including budget setting, maintaining accurate and complete financial records, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and financial reporting; maintaining an asset register; developing and maintaining a suite of firm policies and procedures; and leading risk management and quality management systems.

Highly developed communication skills, an exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset which lends itself to problem solving are essential. You’ll also enjoy liaising with key stakeholders at different levels right across the business.
The successful applicant will be required to have, or provide, a current criminal record screening.
