About The Role
Are you a detail-driven organiser with a passion for digital delivery?
We are looking for a Technology Project Manager to help bring technology projects to life, someone who thrives on keeping plans tight, reports sharp, and teams aligned.
In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of digital and system implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You'll be the go-to person for updating project plans, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and helping the team navigate risks and issues as they arise.
You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and measurable outcomes. If you enjoy solving problems collaboratively and keeping projects on track, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Maintain and update project schedules, dashboards, and reporting tools to reflect accurate progress and milestones.
- Coordinate meetings, resources, and task assignments across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor risks and issues and work with the team to develop practical solutions.
- Support change management, stakeholder communications, and user adoption activities.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, data privacy standards, and organisational policies.
- Champion inclusive and sustainable technology solutions that serve the broader community.

About You

We want you on our team with the following qualifications and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in project delivery using PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent methodologies.
- Extensive experience in delivering medium to large-scale ICT projects, with a strong track record of successful implementation.
Furthermore,
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and community outcomes.
- Expertise in interpreting contracts, SLAs, and producing clear, structured documentation and reports.
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering collaborative, high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of ICT systems, data integration, and project management methodologies.
Desirable
- Experience working within a local government environment.
