You'll lead a high-performing team, champion Tasmania's innovation story, and build partnerships across government, industry, academia, and community.


What you'll bring
  • Senior leadership experience (CEO, GM, Director or equivalent)
  • Proven record of driving growth, partnerships, and funding outcomes
  • Strategic and commercial acumen with strong financial management skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience in startups, accelerators, innovation or economic development (desirable)

You're confident moving between boardrooms and startup hubs alike — a connector who inspires, delivers, and leads with integrity.


The role
  • Full-time | Based in Hobart or Launceston | Regular statewide travel
  • Reports to the Enterprize Tasmania Board (via the Chair)
