Acquisition Integration Business Partner

**About the Opportunity**
We are growing the business rapidly through a mixture of organic initiatives and acquisitions. Due to this growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Acquisitions Integration Business Partner to lead business integration efforts across the Questas Group of Companies to ensure smooth integration of acquired businesses in to the wider group.

Questas has had a strong history of successful acquisitions and seeks to continue to pursue growth opportunities through acquisition into the future.

This role will see you bring your strong commercial and organisation skills to effectively work with the Executive team across multiple work streams to achieve the business integration objectives, reducing risk in business transition and extracting the value from the investment thesis.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Partner with the Executive Team to integrate acquisitions into the Questas Group of Companies and with Questas Corporate - our shared service business
- Provide integration expertise across all functions within Questas (e.g. finance, corporate governance, WHS, HR, IT, etc)
- Development of integration strategies including a fit-for-purpose approach for each integration effort, across multiple workstreams
- Integration planning including effective use of project management and planning to develop pre-acquisition plans and post-acquisition transition and integration plans
- Stakeholder management including regular and effective communication and operating rhythm developed to deliver post-acquisition programmes and achieving the value levers defined in the investment thesis
- Act as the primary day-to-day interface between senior executives, functional leads and deal team to develop integration plans and help deliver post-acquisition synergies
- Develop appropriate governance structures for the acquired business
- Contribute to the business case development for each acquisition, including growth synergies and value creation plans
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Questas’ integration approach including the definition and development of collateral, processes and approach.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will possess;
- Experience in assessing and integrating acquisitions with either a consultancy or in-house M&A background
- High level of commercial acumen together with strong Project Management and organisation skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong change management skills and ability to act as a change agent across all stakeholder groups
- Track record of delivery of complex programmes of work across an organisation.
