**Your Role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to create and implement recruitment strategies for our Corporate Services, Retirement Living and Property business streams.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experienced Talent Partner with a strong track record in high-volume hiring processes
- Prior recruitment experience in the aged care and/or NFP sector highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate to advanced sourcing skills (Talent Search, LinkedIn and SEEK)
- Proficient in using talent management systems like PageUp or similar software
- Valid Driver’s License and commitment to occasional travel to sites in WA, NSW & ACT
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s purpose, vision, and values.
