Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three regional delivery consortia providing services under Sydney Water's Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

**THE ROLE**

We are seeking to appoint an innovative **Quality and Systems Manager** to join our progressive joint venture on a full-time permanent basis. Working as part of an integrated team and reporting directly to the Delivery Services Lead, you will focus on ensuring the Quality Management as prescribed in the JV’s Integrated Management System (IMS) is consistently applied to enable program delivery and business performance. This role will require you to partner with the Delivery Services Lead to create and implement a strategy and framework that creates a leading Quality culture and the associated behaviours across all levels of the Northern Delivery Team.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or related field
- Internal Auditor training
- Lead Auditor qualifications
- Leadership qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and integrated business systems.
- Strong experience in obtaining and maintaining 3rd party quality assurance certification.
- Experience in the water business environment, or in an industrial workplace.
- Experience in water activities (process, health, organisation, legislation).
