Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Food Safety and Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the food safety and quality assurance function across various geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality and food safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure start-up readiness and develop quality systems and testing protocols/methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and ensure alignment with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beverage and food manufacturing, with a proven track record in supporting the launch of new products.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, and/or related fields.

A strong understanding of quality management principles and experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
