Our client is a WA Government organization, looking for the next superstar in Service Management. You will be a committed and focused individual, willing to take direction and absorb information like a sponge.

**The role**:

- Participate in request, incident, and problem management processes, including documentation
- Provide IT service delivery, including first and second-level support and problem resolution for internal users across the organization
- Operate as the key service desk officer for Level 1 and 2 support
- Assess and prioritize service requests and resolve issues
- Update logged service requests to ensure documented closeout
- Provide direct (one on one) support and assistance to users
- Install, configure and test computers and associated hardware and software
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of end user hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Undertake system administration tasks to setup and terminate users, install software using SCCM, end-user hardware management, etc

**About you**:

- You have a similar experience at the Service desk and looking to move to the next level
- Experience in writing technical documentation such as user guides, understanding process flows and process documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
