**About the role**

As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you'll have the exciting opportunity to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and deliver upon strategic and tactical sponsorships. Your mission? To convert, retain, and grow the value of our members via key influencer groups. You'll be responsible for managing communications that resonate and drive engagement with our B2B customers.

This is a full-time, **12-month max term contract/secondment** role, covering a period of parental leave.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You've successfully developed and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish, grounded in solid strategy. Experience in B2B or B2B2C is preferred.
- You have a strong grasp of sponsorship management and marketing principles, ideally within a multi-property portfolio. You've delivered highly effective, integrated sponsorships and activation programs.
- You're adept at assessing and implementing sponsorship strategies that drive both commercial and customer outcomes, with a proven track record of delivering strong ROI.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch. You excel at negotiating, building, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, and facilitating effective communication at all levels of the business.
- You've worked in highly regulated environments or process-driven organisations and understand the nuances involved.
- You possess solid financial skills, including budget ownership and accurate forecasting abilities.
- You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, PR, Communications, or an equivalent field

While not mandatory, knowledge of superannuation would be advantageous.
