**What you’ll be doing**:
The role of the Marketing Specialist -SME, is to plan, execute and track the annual block plan of acquisition and engagement strategies across direct, indirect and Sponsorships. This role will manage full-funnel marketing campaigns and tactical initiatives to drive Virgin Australia Business Flyer member acquisition, with a focus on driving high value accounts.
**You’ll be great in this role if you**:
- Come with at least 7 years mid-level marketing manager experience, ideally in B2B
- Have an understanding of B2B audiences and marketing frameworks
- Know about Marketing measurement across all phases of the funnel with a focus on digital optimisation for conversion
- Are comfortable with copywriting and proofing short form and long form ad copy
- Have strong project and stakeholder management experience, including briefing agencies
- Can formulate recommendations based on data and customer insight
- Can think outside the box, and challenge the status quo
- Are a solutionsfocused problem solver
- Have the ability to Test-and-learn, optimise and adapt quickly
- Have previous experience using CRM - Adobe campaign, Salesforce Adobe suite - Campaign, Analytics and Target Tableau
- Have knowledge of B2B and B2C digital marketing channels across the funnel and targeting approaches
- Are knowledgeable in B2B content channels, CRM best practice and mid-funnel engagement tactics
- Have a Bachelor degree in business, marketing, commerce and/or communications
