We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Support Office in Strathpine, Brisbane. The position will be responsible for the delivery of operational and tactical marketing of Supercheap Auto Trade. Working closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure closeness to the Trade customer, this position partners broadly throughout the Supercheap Auto business to build awareness, consideration, customer acquisition and loyalty for our Trade Business.

**In this dynamic and rewarding role you will**:

- Be responsible for the go to market strategy for Supercheap Auto’s Trade Business Unit
- Build the Supercheap Auto Trade brand, by enhancing customer awareness of our Trade offer through an aligned, visible and consistent brand and promotional marketing execution
- Design and deliver effective campaigns for the promotion of our Trade offer, targeted to our defined customer segments and business strategy
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, shared and paid channels
- Own the marketing operations for our Trade offer, acting as a proactive partner to the Trade Business Unit
- Design, plan and deliver the marketing events calendar for the Trade Business Unit across owned events (Supercheap Auto hosted), automotive industry events and trade partner events
- Work with our sponsorship team on events and activities related to our sponsorship program

**About you**:
To become successful in this role you will have:

- Proactive and entrepreneurial minded individual with proven success in designing and executing marketing strategies that deliver business results
- Marketing management experience ideally in a business to business (B2B) environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in reporting on campaign results and marketing ROI
- Customer champion with a passion for delivering best in class customer experience
- Varied experience across all marketing execution (Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing Operations, Campaign Execution, Customer Research, Insights and Segmentation, Budget Management, Relationship Marketing, Event Management)
- Experience partnering with a sales workforce
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing (Business) Undergraduate desirable
- Experience working in trade B2B marketing is desirable
