The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join an experienced, professional and close-knit admin team, who are committed to supporting those around them.
In this position your duties will include the following:
- Provide timely and accurate administration services to the NSW State team;
- Assist ongoing monthly work programs and special projects;
- Provide Administrative Support to the Director of Care Services/ Resource Team;
- Provide administrative support to the internal weekly courier exchange to our NSW aged care homes;
- Provide high level telephone and reception customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
- Independent completion of key administrative functions such as data entry, maintenance of registers and preparation of information packs;
- Assist in the planning and deployment of corporate events and education training sessions;
- Provide financial administrative support facilitating banking requirements
To be considered for this position you will possess the following:
- Strong verbal, numerical and written communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and can manage a variety of work programs
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Knowledge of Axapta and Payglobal (desirable but not essential)
- Work well in a team environment and independently
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to show initiative and be proactive
- Excellent phone manner and professional presentation
- Current NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Full work rights in Australia
- MUST have driver’s licence
