**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Home and Community Care team to provide administration support to our team of Occupational Therapists and Product Specialists. This is a fast paced, challenging, and rewarding role that will require you to user your exceptional time management and organisational skills.

**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Key point of contact for our team of ILS OT’s and Product Specialists
- Triaging referrals
- Generating quotations
- Processing orders - sales and rentals
- Processing equipment trials
- Providing exceptional customer service
**About You**
- Confident communication skills, both written & verbal with a customer focus.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, and work to a deadline
- Demonstrate an adaptive and flexible approach when problem solving
- Proactive and displays initiative
- Collaborative approach working as part of a team to achieve results.
- A strong administrative background including data management and analytics.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be highly regarded
- NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain)
