We’re a busy, fast-growing carpentry and small-scale building company working across Sydney’s North Shore. We specialise in residential renovations, remedial works, and structural carpentry. We’re now looking for a reliable and friendly **Construction Administrator** to join our team and help us keep the office running smoothly.

**About The Role**

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys systems, structure, and good communication.
You’ll work directly with the company director to help manage quoting, invoicing, client communication, and payroll.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting up **Xero templates** to streamline quoting and invoicing.
- Assisting with **quotations, estimates, and job tracking**.
- Scheduling site appointments and coordinating with trades and suppliers.
- Managing **payroll, superannuation, and weekly accounts**.
- Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our team can stay productive on site.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has **strong Xero experience**, especially with invoicing, quotes, and payroll.
- Understands **construction processes** - doesn’t need to be a tradie, but should understand the flow of a job from quote to completion.
- Is **well-spoken, friendly, and confident** talking with clients and suppliers.
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Ideally has prior experience in a **construction, building, or trade-based business**.
