Contract Administrator – Landmark Mixed Use Project | Lane Cove NSW

Join a leading privately owned property and construction group delivering one of Sydney's most exciting new developments.

A high-end mixed-use project bringing together beautifully crafted apartments, boutique retail and vibrant community spaces in Lane Cove.

This is a hands on opportunity for a driven Contract Administrator who wants to go beyond the paperwork and gain exposure across all aspects of a project's delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Project Manager and Construction Manager through all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Managing subcontractor packages, procurement, subcontractors' variation and progress claims
  • Assisting with cost reporting and budget management
  • Engaging closely with site teams and consultants to ensure smooth delivery
  • Gaining exposure to both the commercial and operational sides of the build

What we're looking for:

  • 3 to 6 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within residential or living construction
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow your career with a forward thinking builder
  • Degree qualification in Construction Management or a related field preferred
