We are looking for an energetic Manager in our busy venue, you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager. Working on a rotating roster, you will have responsibility for:

- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the service of food and beverages, dining room and bar;
- Monitor all employee uniforms and attire to ensure that standards are maintained;
- Have an obligation to report any workplace harassment/bullying;
- Perform all the duties of FOH/BOH as required under separate position descriptions;
- Ensure that the dining, bar area and related areas are setup before and during service;
- Oversee restaurant open/close and lockup;
- Oversee cash handling and balance;
- Consult with employees and review their recommendations, resolve any problems or escalate to the Owner when needed;
- Train, monitor and enforce in house procedures for all FOH employees;
- Attend to and record complaints concerning food and beverages in coordination with the Owner;
- Assess the performance of FOH employees on a frequent basis, escalating to the Owner as needed;
- Work in collaboration with Kitchen Manager;
- Observe and enforce Occupational Health and Safety regulations for staff and patrons;
- Enforce Liquor Licensing and report any incidents, maintain a Responsible Person certification and understand the Liquor Licensing Act; Compliance with any applicable laws;
- Enforce Cleanliness, function and appearance of the venue ensuring that they conform to sanitary regulations;
- Advise the Owner and/or Franchisee on any matters that require their attention and implement their decisions;
- Must have RP, RSA and Current National Police check.
- Pay as per the RIA Award.

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
