We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Bennett Team. This person will be responsible for driving the team’s business plan, managing diaries, booking appointments, coordinating listings and sales, and liaising with our administration team ensuring paperwork is accurate and in line with Harris Best Practice, all whilst proving exemplary customer service to every client.

This role will initially be based out of our Glenelg office, however long term, the Bennett team will be moving to a new southern office, which is an exciting opportunity for someone to help establish and build the team in this area.

THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _**

This is a role for you to bring your best self to, combining your excitement for property with your administration and time management skills.

There are so many exciting things happening at HARRIS. Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, in this role you will be responsible for.
- Coordinating appointments and tracking appointments for the team
- Coordinating agent marketing and project managing campaigns
- Coordinating styling, trades, and suppliers
- Being a point of contact for Vendors and Buyers
- Coordinating the listing through to the settlement process
- Providing general administration assistance for the team
- Maintaining the team’s accountability for targets and KPIs
- Continuing with the evolution of the team systems and procedures
- Managing the teams marketing plan
- Running the daily team meetings
- Personal assistant and additional duties ad hoc, as the team grows
