**Experienced Dental Assistant**

**Location**: Bay Family Dental, 19 Nile Street, Glenelg, South Australia, 5045

Our services span general and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, clear aligners, implants, crowns and bridges, and preventative and restorative dentistry. We pride ourselves on offering a comfortable and positive dental experience for all our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials.
- Manage patient records and appointments.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Support the front desk with patient enquiries and scheduling as needed.
- Assist reception with booking appointments, greeting patients and taking payments

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience with Dental 4 Windows a plus

**Working Hours**:

- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Thursday: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (late night)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $46,460.00 - $84,262.77 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
