We are seeking a friendly and professional **Receptionist** (Glenelg East, SA - $30p/h)

**Benefits**:

- 2 days per week, preferably Tuesday and Wednesday

Our client is a proud family owned and operated group practice of experienced Psychologists with qualifications in clinical, family, rehabilitation, health, child and couples' psychology.

The clinic provides focused therapy to address client’s concerns through encouraging people to analyse their own problems using established principles of psychology, and to find techniques to manage their own difficulties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound inquiries to the practice
- Allocate patients to mental health practitioners
- Meet and greet patients at the front desk
- Schedule appointments and prepare patients
- Manage patient billing and receipting
- Organize patient correspondence and documents
- Liaise with allied services and healthcare providers

**Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience
- Proficient with computer systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
