Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality teppanyaki dishes with flair and precision.
  • Provide an interactive and engaging cooking experience for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Teppanyaki Chef (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Valid food handling certifications are a plus.
