As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the resort, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assisting with reservations and payments
- Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner
