**About the role**

You will be required to operate on a rotating roster and be flexible around working hours, depending on business requirements. This may include some Saturdays as well as times outside standard business hours of 9 am - 5 pm.

**About You**

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and articulate presentations to students. You will demonstrate strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting learning both over the phone, the virtual classroom, and face to face classes. Your enthusiasm for engaging with people in online classes to support students remotely is essential. You are approachable, confident, and proactive in contacting students, who are typically more mature learners. You are flexible in your approach, leveraging your previous experience in a high-volume service sector or customer support role.

You’re able to demonstrate proficiency in technology, including MS Office, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Call Centre experience will be highly regarded.
