Achilles Machinery, established in 2020, is a rapidly growing machinery dealer specialising in mini excavators, tractors, skid steers, and wheel loaders.

We pride ourselves on delivering quality machinery and reliable after-sales service. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking two motivated Service Technicians or Technician Assistants to join our Brisbane team.

This role is entry-level friendly – no prior industry experience is required. We provide full training and offer clear career pathways for those who wish to build a future in the machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with machinery preparation, inspection, and basic servicing (mini excavators, tractors, skid steers, etc.)
  • Maintain and record warehouse stock accurately
  • Handle after-sales support calls, recording customer information clearly
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Deliver machinery and parts when required (company vehicle provided)
  • Support senior technicians with machinery diagnosis and repair work

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills
  • Mandarin is required
  • Valid Australian driver's licence (experience towing trailers preferred)
  • Physically fit and capable of occasional heavy lifting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Hands-on ability with basic mechanical awareness
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
  • Valid visa with full-time, long-term work rights in Australia
