**Customer Support**

**Job Description**:
As a customer support team member you will be assisting our customers with technical problems when using our brand. You will love to interact with our customers and be excited to help.

Your responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding players through functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's easily able to earn our players' trust.

You will help drive the brand's vision of being industry leading in customer experience and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

- Use available tools and information resources to resolve problems
- Use a comprehensive knowledge of the company website to investigate queries and provide solutions
- Monitoring of customer activity, including assisting in the identification and verification process of our players
- Maintain professional and adhere to company standards during all interactions
- Escalate unresolved problems in accordance with established standard operating procedures and protocols
- Analyze and report system errors or malfunctions
- Share feedback and requests with the Head of Support for collation towards the other department leads

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
