**THE ROLE**

In this rewarding temporary role, you will assist in the delivery of clinical agent inductions and training that are integral to the transition of their contact centre services to a new operating model and environment.

**THE DUTIES**
- Develop training packs for agents and associated clinical lead and administrative staff from external service providers, focusing on a train the trainer model
- Co-ordinate delivery of the train the trainer training for the launch of the pilot phase across multiple different systems and services
- Maintain up-to-date training documents across the various services and systems
- Responsible for the communication of learning and development change to management

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Strong experience in creating and developing training documentation including Work Instructions, Training Packs, Lesson Plans and a wide variety of learning and development material
- Enthusiastic and competent in delivering train the trainer sessions
- Excellent writing and reporting skills e.g. proposals, training materials, reporting on ROI
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A can-do attitude, system savvy and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, Facilitating/E-Learning, Adult Learning
- Previous experience in a non-profit and/or healthcare organisation will be highly desired
