A well-known retailer is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join their team and help create and deliver effective training programs that align with the business goals and employee needs.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) to ensure that training records are accurate and up-to-date
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions that support employee development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- 3 + years of experience in learning and development
- Strong project management skills and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Always looking out for the L&D industry trends and behaviour
