The Learning and Development Specialist is a new position that will have impact throughout the Investigation Division. It is responsible for the identification of training and development needs, and development and implementation of appropriate and targeted solutions to meet the strategic needs of the division including promoting continuous improvement.

This is a permanent full-time position. You will be paid a competitive annual salary of $126,207 - $140,383 (ICAC Officer Grade 5), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation (currently 11%) and annual leave loading.

A Talent Pool may be created for future permanent or temporary positions and is valid for a period for up to 18 months.

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) was established in 1988 as an independent organisation to protect the public interest, prevent breaches of public trust and guide the conduct of public officials in the NSW public sector. We are committed to:

- Investigating and exposing corrupt conduct in the NSW public sector
- Preventing corruption through advice and assistance
- Educating the NSW community and public sector about corruption and its effects.

The Commission is based in the Sydney CBD and provides a variety of flexible working arrangements.

**Are You Ready to Apply?**

**_Please Note:_**
- an Australian citizen; or
- a permanent Australian resident.
- Demonstrated ability to develop learning and development frameworks and to develop, deliver and review training programs.
- Well-developed problem solving, planning and organisational abilities.
- Very high level of written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse background, occupation, and seniority, both internal and external to the Commission.
- An understanding of contemporary investigative techniques will be well regarded.
- A tertiary qualification in Education or Workplace Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
