Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences that drive individual and organisational growth? We’re looking for a **Learning & Development Specialist**to design and implement high-quality leadership and capability solutions that empower our people and drive business performance. This is an **6-8-month contract** for **3 days per week (or the equivalent)**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver learning solutions that develop leaders and uplift critical skills.
- Manage L&D projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and our 2025-2027 leadership strategy.
- Develop success measures and evaluate learning impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Innovate with digital tools and technology to enhance the learner experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement capability-building programs across multiple functions and geographies.

**What You Bring**
- Strong experience in managing learning and development strategy programs.
- Expertise in leadership theories & concepts, behavioural theory and capability frameworks.
- A data-driven approach with a focus on human-centred design and learner experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and navigate conflicting priorities.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
