
Customer Service Officer/administration

**Description**:
- Oversee front office/reception area and telephone
- Greet visitors and assist them with sign them in via visitor management systems
- Register visitors with Building Management Concierge Team
- Manage office stationery and kitchen and catering supplies
- Manage access/security passes for staff/visitors
- Arrange couriers and distribution of mail and packages
- Liaising with IT regarding co-ordination of laptops for new joiners and leavers
- Locker Management
- Managing after hours passes
- Managing fruit and milk deliveries
- Putting away stock ordered
- Manage and collect mail
- Ordering catering for events
- Assist with setting up for Events in the office
- Manage kitchen stock
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Providing assistance to general enquiries
- Maintaining safety and security protocols
- Assisting transfers with Mobility etc
- Helping guests with SwipedOn Visitor Management System
- Assisting CRES Team with any project work, specific tasks
- Inducting of New Employees
- Maintaining of Meeting Rooms
- POC for on-site barista to support with ordering supplies
- POC for on-site Day
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $46,460.00 - $79,085.82 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
