**Clerk Grade: 1/2, Ongoing and talent pool to be created for future roles**
**Full-time 35 hours per week**
**4PSQ Parramatta or Gosford or Sydney Mckell location (travel required between these locations)**

***About the Opportunity**:
***Due to innovation and growth in the People & Culture Division at the Department of Customer Service, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our high-performing and progressive Occupational Health and Recovery Team.

This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively within a centralised Centre of Expertise function, in which you will conduct a range of activities including:

- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee recovery cases
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and other stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of recovery at work related issues

**Your day-to-day**:
***About You**:
To be successful in this role you will possess a great blend of skills, including:

- Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a government or large organisation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professional with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with case management systems and recovery at work processes.
- Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures in employee recovery or workplace health[MN1][MT2]
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams and experience in case management systems is advantageous.
