My client is an independent NSW Government licensed health services provider, who are passionate about shifting perspectives on health, wellbeing, and recovery in the workplace. As the Administration / Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Support with developing and managing client relationships.
- Answering customer enquiries and managing client requests.
- Co-ordinating client appointments/bookings nationwide.
- Accurate, efficient data entry management into the client manager system (Case Manager).
- Timely completion of all internal staff requests, including but not limited to printing, scanning, bookings, data entry, reports.
- Processing patient referrals.
- Assisting with updating and managing social media and design work.
- General administration tasks.
- Diary management (as required).

Ideally, you will have relevant demonstrated experience working in an Administration and/or Customer Service environment while displaying a passion towards providing outstanding customer service. You will have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills both over the phone and in person, in addition to being proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products. You will have an energetic and positive mindset to compliment your administration skills.
