**Office Manager - Production Planning**
Cavan, Adelaide
- Attractive base salary (Negotiable)+ Super

We are working with one of the most technologically advanced printing/ packaging companies in South Australia. Our client is a family-owned business. They have been operating in South Australia for over 25 years. They pride themselves on manufacturing the highest quality cartons for a wide range of industries including wine, food & cosmetics.
**The role will be to liaise with the sales, customer, and supplier and plan on the production schedule to make sure that the product is delivered on time with the following responsibilities**:
**Production Planning/Scheduling**
- Liaise with Sales/Clients to update expected delivery dates.
- Manage schedules and planning with production based on customer requirements/expectations.
- Liaise with Suppliers on incoming goods ETAs and raise supplier NCRs.
- Align admin and production to ensure customer delivery dates are achieved.
- Run weekly meetings with department heads to communicate customer requirements and align priorities
**Sales Support**
- Provide Sales team support to manage stock holding agreements, pricing, and forecasting.
- Manage client forecasts and pricing structures.
- Manage a set list of existing key customer accounts.
- Manage Admin, Procurement & Purchasing Staff
- QC and approve quotes prior to releasing them to sales/ customers or reject and review errors with an applicable staff member.
- Train new Admin, Procurement, and Estimating Staff and provide coverage to mentioned roles.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Admin, Estimating & Procurement staff.
**Others**
- Ongoing systems and procedures improvements.
- Organize office/staff functions
**Qualification**
- Multiple years of experience working in the Printing or Packaging industry
- Experience in production scheduling, planning, or estimating is preferred.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Focus on Excel
- Experience in Dolphin (Estimating Software) or Attache (Accounting Software) is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in ArtiosCAD is a plus
