**A bit about the role**:

- Demonstrate 100% commitment and proactively manage the safety of people, customers, the public and the environment
- Collaborate with key customer stakeholders to ensure that customer experience metrics are maintained, and initiatives to improve the overall customer experience are explored and implemented
- Monitor customer trading terms to ensure compliance and alignment to the agreed terms
- Monitor commercial results month to month to ensure appropriate and as directed margins are achieved, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and G&D Management to implement corrective action where required
- Actively grow perm accounts and generate new business opportunities where possible to grow the portfolio

**A little bit about you**:

- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proven experience in Transport & Logistics in a customer support, sales or account management role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking and engagement skills
- Technologically savvy
