About The Role
St John Ambulance Victoria are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Administration Assistant who will support our Customer Experience team with invoicing, chasing up purchase orders and communicating with customers. The Customer Experience Administration Assistant report into the Customer Experience Manager, while fielding queries regarding invoicing, purchase orders and other internal communications while maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
As Our Ideal Candidate, You Will Possess

  • Experience in providing administration support to a customer service based or finance based team
  • Strong customer service and engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience achieving team KPI's and sales targets
  • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a customer focus
