About The Role
St John Ambulance Victoria are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Agent who will be the first point of contact for our customers, clients and students. The Customer Experience Agents report into the Customer Experience Manager, while fielding queries regarding inbound sales, first aid training bookings, certificates for students, among the many varied calls you will take each day. Your main goal will be to maximise conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction as part of a vibrant team working together.

This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
As Our Ideal Candidate, You Will Possess

  • Experience in a call centre or phone based sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong customer service and engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly phone manner
  • Previous experience achieving team KPI's and sales targets
  • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a customer focus
