SGS is seeking a **Client Services Executive** to develop, manage, and maintain business relationships within our Audit business, delivering exceptional customer service. This is a **full-time, permanent position**, offering the opportunity to work with a global leader in inspection, testing, and certification.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure high quality, value adding client services focusing on quality, productivity and safety.
- Maintain exemplary levels of customer satisfaction.
- Establish strong working relationship with existing clients.
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong focus on operational sales for the Audit business with existing clients.
- Management of client specific requirements i.e. reporting for responsible Key Accounts.
- Identify and target new areas of business within the key accounts through sound sales and marketing activity.
- Plan and schedule client visits and ensure compliance with individual KPIs.
- Follow up outstanding/overdue invoices over 90 days or as required.
- Manage client data on CRM.
- Report client complaints through OIMS systems and ensure items are closed off in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep all databases (including but not limited to CERTIQ) up to date.
- Address, report and escalate any non
- conformance issues to management as soon as practicable.
- All other duties as directed by the Manager.

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role you will possess:

- Key account management skills and customer service.
- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of client services operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of audit operations and scheduling.
- Tertiary qualification in Quality, Business or related studies.
