**Job Title**: Global Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month Fixed Term Contract)
**Line Manager**: Group Head of Human Resources
**Location**: Sydney
**Conditions**: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

The focus of the role will be to **b**uild and implement a global Talent Management strategy fit for serious growth. Work closely with the Group Head of HR to define talent and hiring needs globally and focus on coaching hiring managers through this.
**Main Role Accountabilities**
- Design and implement efficient sourcing strategies via direct sourcing, leveraging a variety of sourcing techniques including adverts, LinkedIn, webinars, social media posts, referral systems etc, ideally bringing new ideas to the team
- Helping each region to recruit in a more proactive manner where possible as well as meeting the required head count target
- Track and continually improve recruiting metrics, including cost per hire, time to hire, FT / PT and male / female breakdowns and Internal v’s external appointments
- Manage and prioritise multiple searches, projects and relationships to tight deadlines
- Participate in other project work (as workload allows) across the People Team
- Work with the Marketing Team to create and develop the Employer Brand and ensure that recruitment activity reflects the B&H Worldwide brand, vision and values.
**Key Skills and Attributes**:
- Have a good working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems as well as a sound understanding of overseeing and running multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Demonstrable up-to-date working knowledge of current employment legislation, policies, practices and procedures and the impact on best recruitment and induction practices
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to produce presentations, written reports and communications.
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence partners and employees
- Excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders
- Proven record of being responsive and innovative
- Have an adaptable and flexible approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure with a common-sense approach
- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and administration skills with a focus on attention to detail
