As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated **Talent Acquisition Lead - APAC** to join our Sydney office. If you’re passionate about people, recruiting, and building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on our growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

**As a Talent Acquisition Lead - APAC, You Will**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC - from job scoping to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Drive employer branding efforts and local recruitment campaigns in collaboration with global HR
- Support onboarding and collaborate with regional HR and leadership teams to ensure a smooth new hire integration
- Represent Teltonika at local career fairs, networking events, and industry expos
- Stay updated on talent trends and advise on market intelligence

**We Believe That You**:

- Are fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Have 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast-paced international or tech environments
- Have experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
- Enjoy working in a growing business with ambitious goals
- Are ready to travel across the region as needed to support recruitment activities and regional expansion
