ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in an organisation with a strong purpose, a culture that is shaped by Boston Scientific values, behaviours and exciting opportunities driven by our growth strategy. You will partner with a range of different stakeholders including hiring managers, Human Resources team, and preferred agency suppliers. This role is focused on proactively leveraging the Boston Scientific employee value proposition to develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent which will contribute to our ongoing success across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, we are looking for an individual who has previous experience and demonstrated success recruiting a range of diverse and complex roles, working alongside a team of HR Business Partners. Your superior communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, advocating for Talent Acquisition Standards, HR processes, and compliance. As someone who is connected to Boston Scientifics mission and values, you will take pride in your work, demonstrating accountability and confidentiality in all aspects of the recruitment process. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities, coupled with a keen eye for detail, makes you an asset to our Human Resources team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
**Business Stakeholder and Relationship Management**:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the business and talent acquisition needs
- Advise, educate, and encourage adherence to Talent Acquisition Standards, HR processes, and relevant policies
- Obtain comprehensive job briefs and success profiles, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to agree on recruitment strategy and timelines
- Collaborate with Talent Management Partner and HR Business Partners on succession planning
**Talent Acquisition Excellence**:
- Ongoing management of preferred supplier agreement, ensuring effective and successful agency partnerships
- Support Talent Acquisition training for all Boston Scientific hiring managers
- Identify opportunities to enhance current Boston Scientific recruitment process and brand presence
- Leverage Boston Scientific’s recruitment technology
- Understand industry trends and market information to enhance current recruitment processes
- Manage and report on talent acquisition analytics
- Completing interviews at relevant stages and debriefing on outcome with key stakeholders
- Systematically coordinating the transfer of information throughout the recruitment process ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for all key stakeholders
- Driving the data integrity within the recruitment management system ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the process
- Support relevant regional and local Talent Acquisition projects
