**About the role**

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in recruitment processes, technologies, TA strategies and contemporary leadership principles is essential.

In this role you will:

- Lead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication and excellent leadership
- Provide regular performance feedback and facilitate team building to maximise customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team productivity
- Drive use of data and analytics to generate valuable insights and enhance speed & quality of TA and workforce planning.
- Own TA resources, processes including their improvement, optimization & digitalization
- Collaborate with HR teams across AMEA to optimize employer branding to position the organization as an attractive employer of choice for potential talents

**Experience Required**
- Five (5) years’ experience within leadership and recruitment or HR role, with proven people management experience
- Knowledge of optimisation processes
- Knowledge of the business levers, processes, structures and finance
- Proven track record of continuous improvement
- Ability to realise concepts in a can-do mentality
- Understands communication requirements in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proven experience and knowledge in effective training, coaching and people management practices, including leadership development
- Professional certification or equivalent level of experience
